Simple process.  Purchase an online repair service for your drone.

Bring in or send your drone to our repair facility.

Repairs are done usually within 48 hours.

We do not Repair water damage or flyaway units.

Please pack and ship only your drone and remote control into us using a standard shipping box. We don’t need any accessories. For example batteries, chargers, cables, or propellers. If you send your drone in a hard case or oversized case you may be subject to additional shipping costs.

We can fix your drone fast.  How do we do this?  It’s simple, by having a huge staff of young genius drone techs, access to some sophisticated software, and a huge warehouse full of stocked parts!

What we do!

Diagnose and repair your phantom from crashes or anything that may not be working. Our low flat rate service fee covers you for all the time that our techs may spend working on your phantom. It will also include free return shipping. If we need to replace any parts, we will first notify you.  Parts are not included in the service fee.

*Please note: Some Phantom 1 & 2 series parts have been discontinued. Furthermore, Phantom 3 Professional & Advanced have limited camera availability. Phantom 3 Professional & Advanced cameras will have to be purchased by the customer directly from DJI.
